About Chris

Chris Grove is Managing Partner at Lidstone & Company, advising clients on corporate, real estate, contracting, construction, procurement, expropriation, and other commercial matters. He practised for 17 years in central Ohio as a lawyer and manager of a boutique law firm focused on closely held businesses, working in corporate law, contracts, commercial litigation, real estate, taxation, and wills, trusts, and estates. Grove earned his JD from the UCLA School of Law in 2005 and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Bar of the State of Ohio, and the Bar of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
