About Kevin

Kevin D. Scott assists individuals and corporations in both solicitor and barrister roles, with a practice covering condominium and other residential real estate matters, business law, wills, probate and administration of estates, family law, and personal injury. After working for two large business law firms in Canada for ten years, Kevin left in 2003 to sail around the world on his Whitby 42 ketch, reaching his final landfall in 2010, before returning to practice. He earned his Bachelor of Education from the University of Calgary in 1989 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta in 1992, and completed the Canadian Securities Course through the Canadian Securities Institute in 1995. Kevin is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Calgary Bar Association.
