About David

David's insurance defence practice covers professional liability, errors and omissions, property loss, construction disputes, directors and officers liability, occupiers' liability, and coverage. He's appeared before the Provincial Court, Court of King's Bench, and Court of Appeal of Alberta. He was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2014, and later Saskatchewan and New Brunswick, and holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria and an LLM from the London School of Economics.
