About Daniel

Daniel Klein is a personal injury lawyer whose practice covers motor vehicle accidents, slip and trip and falls, accident benefits, tavern and commercial host liability, and dog bite claims. He began his law degree at the University of Ottawa and completed his Juris Doctor at the University of Toronto, having graduated summa cum laude from York University with an Honours BA in Economics. During law school he volunteered with Pro Bono Law Ontario and represented tenants through Downtown Legal Services at the Landlord and Tenant Board. Daniel joined a boutique personal injury firm as an associate starting in 2015 after summering and articling at a litigation and corporate/commercial firm, and he has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Justice and the License Appeal Tribunal.
