About David
David Adams is a partner in Cunningham Swan's general litigation group. He began his career with a decade in criminal law, first as an Assistant Crown Attorney and then as defence counsel, appearing at trial before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court. After earning an MBA in 2000, he worked in the aerospace and defence sector, eventually serving as Director of Pricing for a major military contractor and leading multimillion-dollar negotiations. He returned to private practice in 2005 and built a civil litigation practice that now focuses on complex, high-value commercial matters.
