About Alexandra

Alexandra Manthorpe is a partner in Cunningham Swan's wills and estates group, focusing on estate and trust planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. She completed an honours undergraduate degree at Mount Allison University before attending Queen's Law in Kingston, where she won a course prize for wills and estates and graduated in 2010. She joined Cunningham Swan in early 2021 and advises clients on powers of attorney, wills, including multiple wills and Henson Trusts, trust deeds, probate applications, and business succession planning.
