Wills, Estates & TrustsWendy Griesdorf is a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts, based in Kingston and serving clients across Eastern Ontario. She earned an Honours BA from the University of Toronto in 1990 and an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1993, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995. She practised estate litigation in Toronto until 2001, then served as an adjunct professor of estate litigation at Osgoode Hall Law School. In 2004 she moved to Kingston and founded her own firm focused exclusively on estate litigation and estate mediation, adding a collaborative estates law practice in 2026. She obtained a mediation certificate in 2002 and has been listed in Best Lawyers in Canada for Estates since 2014. Griesdorf is a retired sessional law faculty member at Queen's University and a retired deputy judge of the Frontenac County small claims court, and she has lectured and published extensively on estate litigation and estate mediation topics.
