Andrea Risk is a partner in Cunningham Swan's labour and employment group, representing employers in both the public and private sectors. She has appeared before all levels of the Ontario courts, the Federal Court, and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and various regulatory colleges. Her practice covers workplace investigations, human rights, privacy, terminations, labour arbitrations, union certification, collective bargaining, and professional discipline.
