William Poulos is a Kingston, Ontario litigation lawyer who has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario in good standing since his call to the bar in 1990, giving him over 35 years of litigation experience. His practice covers commercial and corporate disputes, real estate and lease litigation, contract and insurance litigation, debtor-creditor and partnership disputes, and small claims court matters. He has appeared at many levels of court and before administrative tribunals, and he personally handles each file he takes on from start to finish. Poulos has served as a mentor in Toronto Metropolitan University's Law Practice Program for the past decade, working with law graduates from schools across North America and beyond. He has also published numerous articles on litigation practice and procedure in journals including the Civil Procedure Cases Quarterly, the Civil Litigation Quarterly and Law360 Canada.
