About Barinder

Barinder Parmar is an associate in Cunningham Swan's wills and estates group. She earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from York University before obtaining her J.D. from Queen's University in 2024. During law school she worked as a teaching assistant and volunteered with the Queen's Elder Law Clinic, helping seniors with estate planning. She completed her articles with the firm in 2024 and returned as an associate after being called to the bar in 2025.
