About Darcy
Darcy is a civil litigator whose practice focuses on construction disputes, builders liens, real estate and commercial disputes, and debtor/creditor claims, regularly appearing in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Born in BC and raised in Kelowna, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from UBC Okanagan in 2013 and a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2017. After articling with a community legal centre, he was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2018 and worked at a Toronto litigation boutique before returning to Kelowna. He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2020, practised with another local firm, and joined Pushor Mitchell in 2022. He is a board member of Central Okanagan Crimestoppers.
