About Rob

Rob works mainly on commercial, construction, corporate and shareholder disputes, resolving them through litigation, arbitration and mediation. He began his career articling and practising as a litigation associate at a national law firm in Vancouver before moving to an in-house litigation counsel role at Avigilon Corporation, a Motorola Solutions company. He then practised as an associate with a leading Western Canadian firm in Kelowna before joining Rush Ihas Hardwick LLP. His prior in-house experience shapes a pragmatic, business-focused approach to dispute resolution, and he has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia and before the Federal Court of Canada.
