About Kevin

Kevin Antonyshyn combines a legal and accounting practice in Winnipeg, serving individuals, estates and trusts, and owner-managed businesses. His legal work spans wills, estates and trusts, corporate and commercial matters, and taxation and tax planning, while his accounting practice covers tax compliance, financial statements, payroll, and consulting work such as business valuations and corporate structuring. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance, an MBA in Finance and Marketing, and a law degree, all from the University of Manitoba, plus further coursework at the University of Saskatchewan and the Niagara Institute. He is bound by the professional codes of conduct of both the Law Society of Manitoba and Chartered Professional Accountants of Manitoba, and sets out in his engagement letters whether he's acting in a legal or an accounting capacity for a given matter.
