About Michael

Michael Willcock is counsel at D'Arcy + Deacon LLP, practising business law with a focus on corporate and commercial transactions, commercial leasing, and real estate. He also practises health care law, estate planning, estate administration, and municipal law. He earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 1978 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1979. He was selected by his peers for inclusion in the 2008 to 2016 editions of Best Lawyers in Canada for real estate law, and has served on the Board of Governors of St. Paul's College at the University of Manitoba, including as chairperson from 1993 to 2002.
