About Daniel

Daniel Zerbo is a member of Richards Buell Sutton's family and litigation groups, and has represented clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and administrative tribunals. His background includes volunteering with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program and serving as assistant editor for the Canadian Journal of Human Rights and Appeal review. As a first-generation Canadian of Italian heritage, he draws on his multilingual abilities to serve diverse clientele. He holds a J.D. from the University of Victoria (2023) and a B.A. in Criminology (with Distinction) from Thompson Rivers University (2019), and was called to the bar in 2024. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers' Association of British Columbia.
