About Tyson

Tyson Talhan articled with Johnson Doyle Nelson & Anderson until being called to the bar in 2024, and has since joined the firm as associate counsel. He assists clients facing charges under the Criminal Code, Motor Vehicle Act, and Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, and has experience at all levels of court in British Columbia. Tyson speaks fluent Punjabi and assists Punjabi-speaking clients. During university he was an elected member of various student organizations and volunteered as a Student Clinician with the UBC Law Students' Legal Advice Program. He received his Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2023 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia in 2020.
