About Kashif

Kashif Ahmed has over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. He began private practice in 2011 with a boutique business law firm in downtown Vancouver, where he became a partner, before joining Stirling LLP. His practice covers corporate law and M&A, commercial real estate and lending, and telecommunications, advising companies, executives, and stakeholders on commercial transactions and corporate affairs. He regularly works alongside financing, insurance, property, and tax professionals to achieve outcomes for corporate clients, and has advised boards and executives on governance, financing, real property, and corporate restructuring matters. Kashif holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Regina, and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2011. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and is active in pro bono work for community organizations and legal clinics.
