About Daniel

Daniel Moholia is a lawyer in SV Law's Civil Litigation Practice Group, representing clients in corporate and commercial, shareholder, and construction disputes. Before joining SV Law, he summered and articled with a national full-service firm in Toronto, later working there as an associate on medical malpractice, professional regulatory, construction, estates, and corporate/commercial litigation matters. He earned his JD from Queen's Faculty of Law, where he received several academic scholarships and prizes, and holds an Honours Bachelor of Knowledge Integration from the University of Waterloo. He was called to the bar in 2022. He has also been involved with youth organizations in the Waterloo Region for more than a decade.
