About Ashley

Ashley Timm is an associate in SV Law's Family Law Practice Group, working from the firm's Guelph office. Before law school she spent several years as a litigation law clerk focused on commercial litigation, and while studying at the University of Windsor she served on the executive board of the Windsor Review of Legal and Social Issues as articles editor. She summered and articled at a major Toronto business law firm and was called to the bar in 2015. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and an Honours Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Criminology and Ethics, Society, and Law from the University of Toronto. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario and the Wellington Law Association, and serves on the board of Family Counselling and Support Services for Guelph-Wellington and as president of Compass Community Services.
