About Danielle

Danielle Marks co-chairs the firm's Civil Litigation practice group and chairs its Condominium Litigation group. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2008 after earning her law degree from the University of Toronto and an undergraduate degree from the University of Guelph. Her practice covers complex commercial, condominium, insurance and construction disputes, and she has appeared before every level of court in Ontario as well as at mediations, arbitrations and various administrative tribunals. She sits on the Law Foundation of Ontario's Class Proceedings committee and belongs to the Canadian Condominium Institute, the Advocates' Society, and both the Canadian and Ontario bar associations.
