About Benjamin
Benjamin M. Henley is an associate lawyer in SV Law's Civil Litigation Practice Group, based out of the firm's Guelph office. He earned his call to the bar in Ontario in June of 2025 and now acts for both individual and corporate clients. His time at SV Law goes back further than that, though, since he first joined as a summer student during law school and later stayed on to complete his articles there. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario, awarded in 2024, along with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Physics from Wilfrid Laurier University from 2020. Beyond general civil litigation, his practice also touches farm law. He is known for careful preparation and for keeping clients informed about where their case stands and what it will cost.
