About Frank

Frank Caruso is a partner at Dolden whose litigation and advocacy practice spans a wide range of areas. His background in mechanical engineering and construction gives him a particular edge in product liability, construction, property, and professional liability disputes, where technical and legal issues often overlap. He has argued cases before every level of court in Ontario, including the Commercial List and the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, and has successfully opposed leave to appeal applications at the Supreme Court of Canada. Frank has also appeared before administrative bodies such as the Labour Relations Board, the Health Professionals Appeal and Review Board, and the Pension Appeals Board. Before joining Dolden, he was a partner at a Toronto litigation boutique and earlier practised at a commercial litigation boutique. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2008.
