Rose M. Demelo Johnson is a partner based in the firm's Waterloo Region office, serving clients throughout Southwestern Ontario. She practises in estate planning, corporate succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and real estate matters. She assists clients with powers of attorney, trusts, and estate administration, and is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners of Canada since 2014.
