Jaimini Shah is a partner in Dale & Lessmann LLP's Real Estate & Development group, concentrating on transactional commercial real estate work including purchases, sales, secured lending, land development and commercial leasing. She has extensive experience with complex deals involving commercial, industrial and multi-unit residential properties, and handles lease negotiations, extensions, renewals and subleases for both landlords and tenants. Jaimini acts for major banks and private lenders as well as property owners, investors and developers across property types ranging from vacant land to hotels and gas stations, guiding clients through due diligence and closing.
