About Matthew

Matthew Bernier is an associate in the Municipal, Planning & Environmental Group focusing on environmental law, municipal, and land-use planning matters. He advises developers, contractors, industrial businesses, and municipalities on all aspects of the development approval process, environmental compliance, and environmental permits. He regularly appears before administrative tribunals including the Ontario Land Tribunal and holds a J.D. from the University of Ottawa (2018) and a B.A. from Carleton University (2014).
