About Dan

Dan C. Robillard is a partner at TDS whose practice covers corporate and commercial law. He advises a range of clients on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, commercial real estate transactions, and banking and financing matters, and he regularly advises landlords and tenants in commercial leasing matters. Dan holds a J.D. from the University of Manitoba and a B.Sc. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, and was called to the Manitoba bar in 2017. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Manitoba Bar Association.
