About Bruce
Bruce King has over 30 years of experience advising clients on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, property development, corporate governance, and transaction structuring. Bruce has been counsel on numerous large and mid-market transactions in the insurance, agriculture, and healthcare industries, including acting as Manitoba counsel on national transactions, and provides general legal advice to business owners on contractual matters. Bruce was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1983 after earning an LL.B. from the University of Manitoba in 1982, and served as Pitblado Law's Managing Partner from 2003 to 2013 and as Past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association's National Real Property Section and National Business Law Section. Bruce has been listed in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for banking and in Best Lawyers in Canada for Real Estate Law.
