About Elizabeth
Elizabeth Czyrnyj is a Corporate and Commercial associate at Pitblado Law specializing in mergers and acquisitions for clients of varying sizes, as well as banking and financial services. She works with individuals, small businesses, non-profits, lending institutions, and large corporations, and provides legal support in asset and share transactions for both vendors and purchasers, along with corporate governance advice and regulatory work in privacy, anti-spam, and telemarketing law. She earned her J.D. from the University of Manitoba in 2018 and a B. Comm (Hons.) from the same university in 2013, and was admitted to the Manitoba Bar in 2019. Czyrnyj serves as a director of the Friends of the Harte Trail and belongs to the Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
