About Conor
Conor Cronin is an Ottawa corporate and securities lawyer in the Business Law Group at Perley-Robertson, Hill & McDougall, which he joined after completing his summer and articling programs with the firm. He focuses much of his work on helping young entrepreneurs and start-ups organize and navigate their early stages, including purchase and sale transactions, shareholder agreements and employee stock option plans. Cronin earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 2011, where he received the R. Lawrence DeShield Memorial Award, and a B.A. (Honours) from Carleton University in 2007. During law school he worked at the Community Legal Aid Clinic advising low-income residents and university students.
