About Neil

Neil Mulholland was born in the UK and grew up in Powell River, BC. He was called to the bar in 1997 and spent five years as in-house counsel for the Insurance Corporation of BC before entering private practice in 2003. He co-founded Kinman Mulholland in 2007 as managing partner and joined McQuarrie Hunter in 2015. His practice emphasizes trial and mediation work in personal injury, including catastrophic injury claims, as well as commercial litigation covering construction disputes, real estate issues, and shareholder conflicts.
