Brittany Mark is a business law associate in the Franchise Law Group at Cassels whose practice focuses on franchising, licensing, and distribution. She advises emerging and established brands on building, scaling, and protecting their franchise systems. She works with franchisors to prepare and maintain franchise disclosure documents, draft franchise and multi-unit development agreements, and structure franchise programs that are both legally compliant and commercially competitive across food and beverage, health and wellness, hotels, hospitality, education, home services, and professional services.
