About Pratibha
Pratibha Siva, J.D., is an Associate Counsel at Monkhouse Law and a barrister and solicitor licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. She received her J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, where she took part in national mooting competitions and placed second at the 2023 Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Moot. Her practice involves representing clients in court, negotiating resolutions, and preparing pleadings and submissions on workplace matters.
