Richard McConnell is the Chief Technology and Operating Officer for Gowling WLG Canada and a member of the firm's Executive Team. He is responsible for setting strategy and driving performance across technology, innovation, and core business operations. With more than 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles, he has led technology, human resources, business development and marketing teams. He holds an Executive MBA from Queen's University and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Geographic Information Systems from Carleton University.
