About Benjamin

Carver founded the firm to meet growing demand for independent estate services in Nova Scotia. His practice covers the full range of estate matters, from wills, trusts, and estate planning to the administration of estates and the resolution of estate disputes, for individuals, families, business owners, trust companies, and charitable organizations. He has appeared before Nova Scotia courts at every level, including the Probate Court and the Court of Appeal, and completed the Osgoode Hall Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop. He holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation through STEP and chairs its Atlantic Provinces branch. Carver is recognized in The Best Lawyers in Canada and Lexpert Canada for trusts and estates work. He is also an adjunct faculty member at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and chairs the South Shore Health Foundation.
