About Matthew

Matthew Fancey obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Acadia University in 2017 and his Bachelor of Laws from York Law School in the United Kingdom in 2020. He articled with the firm and was called to the bar in 2022, and now carries on a practice focused on criminal defence, municipal litigation, and civil litigation. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association, the Nova Scotia Criminal Lawyers Association, and the Lunenburg County Barristers' Association.
