About Meaghan

Rout focuses on probate and estate administration, guardianship and representation, elder law, estate litigation, and estate and trust planning. Born in Halifax, she brings an interdisciplinary background, including a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from NSCAD University and a Master of Library and Information Studies from Dalhousie University, to careful analysis and close attention to detail in matters involving estates and capacity. She is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Halifax Estate Planning Council.
