About R.

R. K. Arya co-founded Arya & Sher and practises business law and the defence of health care professionals before their regulatory bodies and appeal boards, also advising other lawyers on such matters. He is a licensed Ontario lawyer and a practising dental surgeon, and previously served as counsel and a prosecutor for the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. He has spoken to organizations across Canada on health care regulatory issues, informed consent, professional corporations, employment, and business transactions, and has published in several legal journals.
