About Carla

Carla Potter is a Partner in Cassels' Banking & Specialty Finance Group, representing lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border lending, leasing, and corporate reorganization transactions, with a track record on project finance work for resource companies. She is also a Chartered Professional Accountant, holds a J.D. from Queen's University, and chairs the firm's Corporate Responsibility Committee. She was called to the bar in Ontario in 2013 and British Columbia in 2018.
