About Daniel
Daniel Civichino is an associate at Irwin Lowy LLP who is building a transaction-focused practice in corporate and securities law, with particular emphasis on the formation and financing of capital pool companies, private placements and other general corporate matters. He earned his J.D. from Western University's Faculty of Law and holds an honours B.A. from Toronto Metropolitan University. Daniel articled at McMillan LLP and practised at Peterson McVicar LLP before being called to the Ontario bar in 2024, and he is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
