About Eric
Eric practices securities and corporate law at Irwin Lowy, with an emphasis on corporate finance and M&A work for public companies. He acts for both issuers and investment dealers on public offerings, including private placements, prospectus offerings, and bought deal financings, and has worked on take-over bids and Capital Pool Company transactions. Eric advises public companies on governance, continuous disclosure, and regulatory compliance for TSX and TSXV listed issuers, and serves on the board and as corporate secretary for several companies. He previously practised at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto and was called to the Ontario bar in 1996.
