About Enrico
Enrico Moretti practises corporate finance and securities law at Irwin Lowy LLP. He counsels companies, investment bankers, and investors through public and private securities offerings, reverse takeovers, and qualifying transactions, along with corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters. His M&A work covers both buy-side and sell-side deals, including asset and share purchases, amalgamations, corporate reorganizations, and plans of arrangement, spanning industries such as health care, telecom, IT and AI, hospitality and entertainment, and natural resources and manufacturing. Enrico was called to the bar in Ohio in 1997 and in Ontario in 2000, and he co-founded Boyle & Co. LLP in 2003. He belongs to the Law Society of Ontario.
