About Christopher

Chris Little joined the firm in 1992 and became a partner in 2002. His practice covers the full range of labour relations and employment law, including arbitrations, proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, collective bargaining, and civil claims for wrongful dismissal. He also handles workplace safety and insurance matters, human rights litigation, employment standards claims, and occupational health and safety cases, including defending employers facing prosecution under the Occupational Health and Safety Act. His clients range from small businesses to large private and public sector organizations, both unionized and non-unionized. Chris holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts with honours from Queen's University and was called to the Ontario bar in 1995.
