About Christopher

Christopher Lee is a partner known for resolving both novel and routine disputes with an eye to his clients' financial and business goals. His practice covers commercial litigation, administrative law, tax litigation, construction litigation, and bankruptcy and insolvency work for corporations, individuals, and governments. He has argued at every level of court in Ontario, before the Federal Court, arbitral tribunals, and the US Bankruptcy Court in Delaware, and has appeared at the Tax Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Before joining Loopstra Nixon, he practised at a large national and international firm and in the Tax Law Services division of the federal Department of Justice. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) from Queen's University and an LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario.
