About Reid
Reid Crombie is a partner in the Business Law Group advising on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings. He works extensively with private equity and venture capital clients, including the formation and structuring of private investment funds, and assists emerging and high-growth companies at all stages of development with capital raising and strategic transactions. He is a graduate of the combined J.D./M.B.A. program at the University of Western Ontario.
