About Rose

Rose Leto is a Partner and Head of Operations at Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers, where she focuses on personal injury and complex medical malpractice litigation. She is known for thorough advocacy and skillful negotiation, and as part of the firm's leadership team she is responsible for practice innovation and provides direction to its lawyers and staff. Rose is currently leading a proposed class action against long-term care provider Chartwell over its outbreak planning and COVID-19 response. She has twice chaired the Women's Law Summit and is a regular speaker with the Canadian-Italian Advocates Society. Rose was recognized as a leading expert in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory in 2013, 2016, 2021, and 2022, received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell in 2021, and was recognized by Best Lawyers in 2022 and 2023. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, she was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and is active in Toronto's Italian-Canadian community, where she speaks fluent Italian.
