Sharon Kirshenblatt is an independent consultant to the firm's Banking & Specialty Finance Group with expertise in banking and regulatory matters. She spent many years as in-house counsel at a large Canadian bank, where she led teams advising on regulatory issues relating to mortgages, loans, and credit card agreements, and on payments law.
