Sharon Kirshenblatt is an independent consultant to the firm's Banking & Specialty Finance Group with expertise in banking and regulatory matters. She spent many years as in-house counsel at a large Canadian bank, where she led teams advising on regulatory issues relating to mortgages, loans, and credit card agreements, and on payments law. She led legal work on product migrations and integrations during financial institution amalgamations.
