About Kellen

Kellen Hornquist grew up in Nanaimo and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Vancouver Island University in 2010. He then studied law at Bond University on Australia's Gold Coast, completing his Juris Doctor with honours in 2015. He articled with Fabris McIver & Durvin and was called to the bar in April 2017, and has been a member of the Law Society of British Columbia since. His litigation practice covers estate litigation, commercial disputes, construction litigation, collections, property damage claims, general civil matters, and employment law. He has appeared before the BC Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, and Provincial Court, and also resolves disputes through negotiation and mediation.
