About Talia

Talia Rotman is a partner in the Real Estate & Development Group handling all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. She advises institutional and private lenders, municipalities, and public authorities on land use, infrastructure, and expropriation matters. She earned her JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she won the Jack Friedman, Q.C. Book Prize in Commercial Real Estate and was a dean's fellow for contract law. Before joining the firm, she practiced real estate law at a Bay Street firm.
