A+R Law LLP, also known as Aldridge and Rosling LLP, is a small Vancouver based law firm serving clients across Canada. Its practice centres on Aboriginal and constitutional law: modern treaty negotiation and implementation, Indigenous governance, economic development, intergovernmental fiscal relations and tax, and natural resource and environmental law, plus litigation in Aboriginal, constitutional, administrative, and human rights matters. Partner Jim Aldridge, K.C., spent a 45 year legal career on Aboriginal rights, supporting the Nisga'a Nation through the Nisga'a Final Agreement negotiation, representing the Nation for more than four decades, and later litigating the treaty's constitutionality. Aldridge's work included the Red River Metis litigation that led to the Supreme Court of Canada's decision in Manitoba Metis Federation Inc. v. Canada (Attorney General), 2013 SCC 14, and the Red River Metis Self-Government Recognition and Implementation Treaty, which the firm describes as the first modern treaty concluded with a Metis government. Aldridge died in December 2024.

The current team isn't limited to British Columbia. Several lawyers also hold standing in Yukon, Nunavut, or the Northwest Territories, and one is called in Ontario, so the practice reaches Indigenous governments across a large part of the country. One lawyer teaches Aboriginal tax as an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia's law school, and another was a senior solicitor at BC Hydro before joining the firm.
