About Brianne
Brianne Paulin's practice focuses on treaty implementation, consultation, resource and environmental governance, and Indigenous and regulatory litigation. She has broad experience advising modern treaty nations on environmental governance frameworks, resource development strategies, and legislation and policy across jurisdictions including the Yukon, British Columbia, Ontario, Nunavut, and Saskatchewan. She also advises clients on commercial negotiations, including project and financing agreements and benefits agreements in mining and renewable energy. She was called to the bar in Ontario and British Columbia in 2018, the Yukon in 2019, Nunavut in 2021, and the Northwest Territories in 2025.
